Jovan Jovanović runs the Bez ostatka measurement on his own, from recording and processing to the report. He attended the Mathematical High School, studied psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and worked in media analysis for seven years before moving into creative communications as a copywriter and creative director.

He publicly deposited the measurement methodology before the first data. ORCID: 0009-0005-6017-7072.

The author also develops creative concepts and produces content (studio.aitematika.org). Years before this measurement, he was also engaged by political parties and election observation missions. Since the measurement began, no client of that work has been a television channel in the sample or a political party.
